These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your enterprise's access to and use of the BuildNexa platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Platform License and Access

BuildNexa grants your organization a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access our platform solely for your internal business operations involving architectural drafting, project management, and cost estimation.

2. User Responsibilities

As an enterprise user, you are strictly responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree that all activities occurring under your organizational tenant are authorized by you. You must ensure that all blueprints and data uploaded comply with regional zoning and intellectual property laws.

3. Disclaimer of AI and Estimations

While BuildNexa utilizes advanced AI algorithms and live material databases to generate floor plans and bill of quantities (BOQ), these outputs are meant to assist, not replace, certified professional judgement.

BuildNexa explicitly disclaims liability for any construction errors, structural integrity failures, budget overruns, or legal zoning infractions resulting from blind reliance on platform-generated data. All architectural plans and cost estimates must be reviewed and certified by a licensed professional in your jurisdiction.

4. Intellectual Property

Your enterprise retains all intellectual property rights to the original data, blueprints, and parameters you input into the platform. BuildNexa retains all rights, title, and interest in the platform, its underlying AI models, UI/UX designs, and proprietary algorithms.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BuildNexa and Kadyan Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from the use or inability to use the platform.
